Winter months are usually very hard on the Food Trucks, many trucks either shut down seasonally or lay off employees to accommodate the lack in business.
For last 2 years BFJ has been operating a small take-out/Dine-in location during winter months. We got a lot of feedback from our beloved customers around what they would like to see us do during winter months. Of course, if left to us we would be sipping margaritas on a beach in Mexico.
We have always strive to provide a very unique experience to our customers from day 1. Keeping up with this tradition, this year we decided to venture into something that no one has ever offered in Saint Louis. We took over a larger space and converted it into a cozy and vibrant dine-in location for our patrons. (Hence no emails, we have been working 12+ hour days for last month or so)
